Fudoshin Karate Shop – Refunds & Returns Policy

At The Fudoshin Karate Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- You must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Certain items, such as personalised belts, embroidered uniforms, or custom-made products, are non-returnable, unless faulty.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, please contact us first. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and confirm availability.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the product is faulty or we made an error, customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
